The Rule of Law as the Key to Economic Freedom
The members of the Economic Freedom Network Asia are pleased to invite you to their annual conference, which will take place in Siem Reap, Cambodia, on 8-10 October 2009. Bursting with ancient history, Siem Reap – the home of the Angkor Wat – is one of the world’s most attractive and exciting cities.
With the current global economic crisis as backdrop, this year’s conference focuses on the current trend of the market governance. A wave of economic gloom is now moving through Asia, leaving governments reeling in its wake. While the operative word of today is “change”, the direction is worrying. The purpose of the conference is to provide a platform for the exchange of useful information, practical techniques and networking tailored to the needs of think tanks, industry, academics and policymakers.
